Returns & Exchanges

At Freebird, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, attach the printed shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
